Next Generation Real Estate Services “Launches” Listings in Cottonwood and Palo Cedro
Ginne Mistal of Next Generation Real Estate Services called me about some listings she has in Cottonwood and Palo Cedro that feature some aerial drone footage of the parcels and the surrounding areas. Very cool! I remember when I used to teach the technical side of real estate marketing in the late ’90s when I could count on one hand the number of agents who even owned a digital camera! In San Diego and LA no less!
That was before widely available broadband, iPhones, YouTube, Facebook, or Google.
