Resources are available with REEL (Residential Energy Efficiency Loan) to help property owners and renters pay for energy improvements and upgrades to make your home more efficient, more comfortable, and a healthier indoor environment. REEL can help to finance projects such as new appliances, windows, HVAC Systems, pool pumps, water heaters, insulation, LED lights, cool roofs, and more. This program allows lenders to offer attractive financing so you can improve the energy efficiency of your home. REEL offers borrowers excellent terms including:
