The EXECUTIVE SUMMARY #25

Train. Build. Succeed.

the Executive SummaryMany business owners in the skilled trades are concerned about the future. Their concern isn’t about lack of work. It isn’t about finances, or equipment, or hours in the day to perform all the necessary tasks. Ok, maybe sometimes those things are concerns. But, most of the time, their #1 concern is lack of skilled workers.

For decades, our society has focused on college education. However, not every student wants to pursue a college degree. Many possess the intelligence, the skills, and the interest in working with their hands and their heads. They are the next generation of individuals who will build our homes, supply us with fresh water, provide us with heat, power up the lights, cool our offices…just to name a few of the skills they will possess. It is up to us to provide these ambitious young men and women with a sustainable future…in the trades.

How can you help?? (Thanks for asking). Be a sponsor!
