Changing the Game
The Shasta Builders’ Exchange constantly strives to improve service and provide sustainable value to our members and our community. The model for builders’ exchanges has changed as technology and economic trends have emerged.
Our Planroom / Member Services manager, Chad Scott, works diligently to maximize the exposure offered by the Golden State Plan Service. With over 1000 sets of plans, statewide, on any given day, Total Access members can pursue business opportunities outside the North State. Since our area has a history of “first in and last out” of most recessional cycles, SBE members can better manage their job portfolio and maximize their earning potential.
For approximately $45 per month, SBE provides a “virtual workforce” for our members granting total access to more jobs, at a reasonable cost. By creating a competitive advantage, the Shasta Builders’ Exchange is changing the game….to win!
In 2016, GSPS member exchanges posted 16379 projects to the planroom to which every Total Access member has unlimited access. Our northern region (called NOPS) alone posted 4064 (not including CalTrans and State projects – another 479 jobs). Check out the chart.
That’s more than 16 projects posted every single weekday. Every week. For an entire year. In our region alone.
Through the first two weeks of April, NOPS has already posted 1322 projects of the 5323 jobs submitted to the planroom statewide with 459 in March and 222 arriving in just the first two weeks of April! (Even while I type this, the numbers keep climbing).
